Eventually the women went to university in Sheffield and the OK Ceilidh Band, blending traditional ceilidh fun with a driving rhythm and backing, was born. The BC Band are a collective of musicians who have been playing together for more than 20 years. Their ceilidhs are for people of all ages. This Barn Dance Band is a regular visitor to Matlock. Perfect for parties, weddings and festivals, they reach across generations to bring friends and family together to dance and socialise. They suit all abilities, with a range of dances from the gentle to the energetic, and a caller who will guide you every step of the way.
