The BE Barn Dance / Ceilidh Band ref: 4327
Based on an English Barn Dance Band, they can also include French, Scottish and Irish if desired.The BE Ceilidh Band are an electric folk band playing traditional English, Irish, Scottish and Breton music in their own energetic style. The band was formed in 1992 and has developed a unique and appealing style ranging from folk to rock - they can be as loud or as quiet as you want! Specialising in Barn Dances, they can be booked for any event requiring music or dance or both!
The ceilidh / barn dance band is made up of:-
Martin - Caller
Frank - Fiddle and Electric Guitar
Phil - Drums
Denise - Acoustic Guitar and Vocals
Oliver - Bass Guitar
Rupert - Guitars, Keyboards and Fiddle

| Fund raising ceilidh | I would like to thank the band and caller for a very enjoyable evening. Everybody that I've spoken to in Rotaract, Rotaserve and Rotary since the event, commented on how much they enjoyed the entertainment and dancing provided by the band….The event raised nearly £300 for this year's charity which is the Birmingham Drugline. I hope we will be able to book the band next time we organise a barn dance. |
