Harpist - Ellen

A harpist for your special event adds a note of elegance and creates a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere. Ellen has extensive experience playing at such events throughout London and the South-East as well as worldwide, notably as a former guest artiste aboard the Cunard cruise liner fleet. She is friendly, professional and accommodating of requests wherever possible. The harp, as well as being the most romantic and beautiful instrument, has a very intimate sound yet can also be heard over a party of one hundred guests. A mixture of musical styles played in the background can add a very special touch to the wedding breakfast.

Ellen has a vast and varied repertoire. classical pieces, folk music and light popular music including themes from Walt Disney soundtracks, Gershwin hits, musicals and all-time classics. As a classically trained soprano, Ellen also offers some vocal options, as well as a small repertoire where she both sings and plays.
