"Mount Ephraim is a family home but is available as a wedding venue for both ceremonies and/or receptions during many weekends of the year. Mount Ephraim does not have in house caterers or florists so the prices quoted are for the hire of the venue only. All the catering, music and florists can be brought in. Clients can bring in their own alcohol. Wedding Ceremonies: The Main Hall is Licensed and is available for ceremonies with or without a reception. The hall can accommodate a maximum of approx 100 people. The registrar's fee for performing the ceremony is not included in the price. The hall is available for ceremonies on both weekdays and Saturdays. Alternatively, it is possible to have your ceremony in a pavilion in the garden. Wedding Receptions: The house is available for receptions on Saturdays and weekdays. The maximum number for a formal sit down meal is about 100. For larger weddings or by preference receptions can be held in a marquee in the garden. The marquee is usually situated on the front lawn in front of the house and this gives wonderful views of the garden and is a truly beautiful site. A marquee wedding can accommodate between 60 and 450 guests."
