"Nestled in the Eskdale valley, the Bower is less than 4 miles from the main Cumbrian Coast. The 17th Century Coaching Inn has been a place of great comfort to vistors for over 400 years and latterly the business mix has been one of Corporate and Leisure. With great Corporate facilities and a comfortable and relaxing ambience, the Bower has proved to be a great allrounder.They are fully registered to provide your wedding service. The Barn Room will cater for up to 75 persons. It has its own catering facilities, and dance floor. For larger parties of up to 140 guests, a marquee can be arranged in the gardens."
