MW ceilidh band is a collaboration of accomplished folk musicians who have wide ranging experience. The band play a wide variety of tunes. They particularly enjoy playing music from North America and Québec but also play many traditional English, Scottish and Irish tunes. This lively band need to be listened to to be fully appreciated. With a line-up of guitar, fiddle bass and vocals they would be an asset for any occasion. The band perform Irish Ceilidh (ceili) for weddings in and around Cheshire. Together they spread their musical wings very wide, encompassing jigs and reels from the British Isles to the gypsy dances of Hungary and Romania and the rhythm and blues from across the Atlantic.
