The NJS Quartet are a group of four professional musicians from the south led by Sarah on sax, flute, clarinet and vocals. The band share a love of melodic, rhythmic jazz and enjoy pushing the boundaries of the idiom with both a variety of well known jazz favourites and more obscure choices. Formed originally in 2000 this band have already made a huge impact with their exuberant blend of jump jive and swing dance music. In and around Dartmouth this Jazz Quartet is a perfect choice. The RB Jazz Quartet performs classic vocal jazz and swing music featuring a wide range of repertoire from the Great American Songbooks, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole amongst many others!
