The GL Jazz Trio are a distinctive trad/dixie trio based firmly Up North. This Jazz Trio sets a perfect atmosphere for any Tyne and Wear event. With a classic lineup of sousaphone, banjo and trombone, these boys can deliver an unforgettable experience. They're much more than the usual jazz band - 1920s songs, speciality tunes, banjo virtuosity and a magnificent selection of waistcoats are all on the cards. If you're lucky, they might even play Dueling Banjos (on one banjo)!

The GH Trio consists of George on piano and vocals, plus bass and drums. Not just any Jazz Trio, this trio will be welcome at any Tyne and Wear venue. George is a jazz pianist and vocalist who studied at Leeds Conservatoire. He specialises in music from the Great American Songbook.

George draws his inspiration for his piano and vocals from the likes of Bill Evans, Oscar Peterson, Chet Baker, Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra.
