Cecily - harpist ref: 6722

Cecily has been Resident Harpist at The Waldorf Hotel, Covent Garden since 2014, and enjoys playing an array of professional engagements in London and the South East. A music graduate of Royal Holloway University of London, and a previous member of the exceptional harp department at Trinity College of Music, Cecily has performed all over the world including Europe, The Middle East, Australasia, the French Polynesia and the USA. She has taken part in broadcasts on BBC Radio 3 and Classic FM, and has featured in several television musical appearances.

Cecily is in high demand for private engagements. These have included performances for Rolling Stones member, Ronnie Wood; former Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams; Time Out Magazine's NYE party at The Shard; for The Prince of Wales' 60th birthday celebrations; and on a separate occasion for Her Majesty The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh.

One of her most notable performances was appearing as a guest recitalist in Kuwait City, performing as part of the British Council’s Cultural Season 2014 at the Dar al-Athar al-Islamiyyah, in collaboration with the British Embassy of Kuwait.
