"A modern and contemporary building, with stunning river views, comprising of three connected areas featuring: Bar/Reception room, Dining/Dancing area and Outside Decking/Balcony areas. Integral pontoon allowing arrival/departure by boat. The building with its fabulous views is deliberatly kept as a blank canvess allowing the bride and groom to carry their personal themes or colours through the entire venue. Arrival by boat is the ultimate way to arrive at the venue for the added wow factor. The pontoon is a 50 metre walk to and from the function suite. Wedding Licence applied for."
