Harriet, although classically trained, now specialises in the Celtic harp. She is a full-time harpist, playing extensively throughout Britain and abroad. She was the 'Harper of All Britain' in 2000 and again in 2002.
She has various recordings to her credit. Her first solo album 'Jumping Ahead' (of Irish and Scottish music with backing from a variety of world music instruments) was released in 2002. This band plays for parties weddings and other events in and around South Wales.

Hear all the traditional barn dance tunes, dance all the dances, with the SR Band, including accordion, fiddle, bass and Sheila herself, the caller (+ guitar, percussion) ,– and what a lovely Geordie accent she has too! The band's emphasis is on having fun and they are happy to play for any event, from village socials, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings etc.
