The VM String Quartet ref: 2083
This Kent string quartet has been established since 1984 and consequently are very experienced in providing a wide range of music for weddings, ceremonies and corporate functions.
The string quartet has played in most of the major venues in East Kent such as Leeds Castle, Chilston Park, Eastwell Manor, Hythe Imperial Hotel, Howfield Manor and Quex House. They played at the opening ceremony of the Tour de France race when a special stage was run starting at Dover Castle, and have played for Kent County Council and Dover Council for many corporate events.
To ensure all tastes are catered for the music is specially selected and arranged by the quartet themselves. The quartet's leader is an experienced arranger in his own right and as a result, most are short, snappy and fun arrangements, designed to complement any occasion. Repertoire ranges from baroque & classical right through to show, film and popular tunes. Any specific pieces that are not in the current repertoire can be arranged on request for a small additional fee.
|Wedding||"We considered that the quartet were very much part of the whole day, as opposed to being a periphery. You were an integral part of what turned out to be a hugely successful day, and consequently you have our sincere thanks."|
|Wedding||"Just a note of appreciation for the part you and your quartet played in making my daughter’s wedding the beautiful and memorable occasion it was. Thank you so much for all you did for us."|
