Venues played last year include an American Indian tepee, an Asian Indian tent, sailing clubs, hotels, barns and even a coastal fort which had to be accessed through its gun ports!. The band perform Irish Ceilidh (ceili) for weddings in and around Tavistock.

The SN Ceilidh Band play traditional UK, Irish, Scottish Yiddish, European, Medieval and US dance music. They have 24 years of experience playing for ceilidhs, weddings, medieval banquets, parties, festivals, PTAs, Twinning Associations etc. A great band for an Irish Ceilidh (ceili) on St Patrick's Day’s, or just to bring the flavour of Ireland to Tavistock. The TN Barndance Band play a mix of Irish, Scottish, American and English folk music. A lively band for an Irish Ceilidh (ceili) , to get a party in Tavistock really going. The line- up includes fiddles, banjo, whistle, guitar and keyboard. The band will normally begin with some music to listen to get people in the mood. Then their caller will walk and talk you through all the dances before the band strikes up, so that even the most inexperienced dancer of any age will have a great time.
They supply their own high quality PA system.
